This brand new experience will give you all the thrills of a real skydive without the dreaded fear of heights. Float in the indoor glass wind tunnel where a real skydiving experience is replicated to give you a thrill. First time flyers will learn all the basics of skydiving in a brief training session before gearing up in your flight suit, helmet and goggles for a one of a kind flight.

Indoor flight sessions take part in small groups and each participant will get to experience flying alongside an iFLY skydive instructor who is available for hands-on assistance while you are in the wind tunnel taking flight. The entire experience lasts 1.5 hours and flight and video packages are available for purchase on the day so you can relive the experience all over again.

iFLY’s wind tunnels have a fresh air advantage over other retail experiences. This works by simply recirculating and refreshing the air from outside to create the most efficient and clean environment in our wind tunnel.

Opening Hours are 9am to 10pm 7 days a week

Please note that off peak prices are applied to the following times:

All day Monday-Friday during the QLD school term
Before 9.30am and after 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays during the QLD school term
Before 9.30am and after 5pm during QLD school holidays and QLD public holidays

Duration

The whole experience will take between 1-1.5 hours which includes the pre-flight check in, gear up, pre-flight training, flights and debrief post flight

Who can fly?

Do not weigh more than 136kg (300lbs). If you weigh between 114kg (250lbs) and 136kg (300lbs) please give us a call when you book, as some restrictions may apply
Are age five or above (you must be able to comfortably wear one of our helmets)
Are NOT pregnant
Have NOT previously dislocated your shoulder
Are NOT under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs
Are NOT wearing a hard cast
Have signed permission from a parent or guardian if under 18 years of age. Flyers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (over 18 years of age) on the day of flight. The parent / guardian will be required to provide a signature, as well as attend the classroom briefing
