Time
- Cruises depart daily from early November to June at 9:30am from Rivergate Marina, Brisbane (Corner of Queensport & Paringa Road, Murarrie) and return at approximately 4:30pm. Customers must drive to the marina to board the boat and boarding commences at 9am
- If you selected the Gold Coast transfers option, tours depart from your designated pick up location at approximately 7.30am and return at approximately 5.45pm
- If you selected the Brisbane transfers option, tours depart from Hotel Jen, Brisbane City at 8.40am and return at approximately 5pm

- Booking changes and cancellations are available without penalty up to 24 hours before departure. Within 24 hours, 100% of the fare is forfeited. For groups of 10 or more, 72 hours notice is required
- All cruises are weather, minimum passenger number, and Queensland Health advisory dependent
- In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the operator, you will be provided with a full refund (excluding gift vouchers) or a 12-month credit to use towards another cruise
