Remote Fraser Island Full Day Tour

We (5 adults, 4 kids) did the remote tour of Fraser Island on 25th Jan. In short, I call out three things. Everything was extremely well organised. The customer service from the whole team was outstanding. Great Value for money for a top-class experience. The bus arrived well before the agreed time and greeted us with a big smile. Kate had a few friendly chats with our little kids. She was waiting for us when we returned to the dock in the evening. A happy tummy is must for a happy day - Delicious morning tea, afternoon tea and freshly cooked lunch was served, loved it. Due to an accident a day early, I had plastered on my arm but the team made sure I still had a great day. Robyn offered me a personalised Kayak tour with her that came with a lot of information about the creek n plants. At my request, Mel organised a special ride for me to the beach while everyone else enjoyed snorkelling. I enjoyed alone beach walk. Considering my limited mobility Everyone helped me boarding for all activities with a smile. My family told me that they receive great assistance while snorkelling as the majority of them have poor swimming skills. Knowledge, experience and willingness to help customer was extraordinary. Onboard pricing was reasonable for drinks. Safety and cleanliness were very good. Kids friendly - 3 under 5 kids enjoyed fullest and 8 years old was thrilled with all the water activities. The best thing was time management. We got enough time for every single activity to enjoy and cherish nature. There was no rush or push to complete an activity. We saw dolphins and other sea creatures. I will be back with more friends when my arm is fully functional to enjoy all the fun-filled water activities.

Absolutely amazing! Best day of our lives. The tour was jam-packed with fun activities. We saw sharks, dolphins and turtles. The tour guides and skipper were fabulous and full of knowledge about the island. This is a must-do tour. Well worth the money. A full day of fun. We will be definitely doing it again.

Absolutely fantastic day. Very child-friendly only let down was the food, it said bbq lunch we got cold chicken sliced beef and ham and salad and for afternoon tea we only got 1 cheese platter between 20 people so if you weren’t 1st you were lucky to get the scraps. But the rest of the tour made up for it

Great day. Only let down the guide for kayaking didn’t give any hints or instructions it was just getting in and get to me as she was gone! Price was expensive and now we can say we have done it but wouldn’t do again. Also maybe mention that you have to be a little fit to climb a sand dune and hold on to the tube but the snorkelling was fantastic.

A wonderful day out! Climbed a sand dune, kayaked down creeks, did some water sports, beach time, snorkelling in the creeks we saw turtles, stingrays, plenty of fish. Good bbq food with meats and salads and lovely guides. Water on board and other drinks at a small cost. Would recommend for all!

Fantastic day. Very knowledgeable crew who ensured we got the most out of our day trip to Fraser Island. The activities were enjoyable whilst getting to see some of the more remote parts of the island. We didn’t go during whale migrating season which looks amazing, so our next trip will be through these guys during that time.

Perfect - mostly the whole trip on the boat was with the whales. Beautiful creatures which make you speechless. And the crew was a perfect mix between funny, informative and helpful. A perfect trip - a perfect day - what more can I say?!

An amazing day trip. Dave and team were really very helpful and friendly. The weather was perfect. The tour was fantastic! This is the second time I have used Tasman venture and every time it's a nice experience. Numerous activities [Kayaking, snorkelling, tubing]. Every visit usually ends with us planning our next one! Surely we will come back again.

We took the Fraser Island day tour with Tasman Venture. Dave and the team were awesome. We had so much of fun. Boat was clean and the lunch was amazing. Hot chocolate after snorkeling was an added advantage. It was worth the time and money. Highly recommended!

My family, friend and I went on this tour and we absolutely loved it! The staff (from the lady who picked us up at our hotel to the skipper) were extremely friendly and very professional. The activities were great and the food was really good, very good value for money. We had a great time.
